You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the information you record. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
Prices are shown in your country's currency before purchase. In Brazil payment is processed by Cakto; elsewhere, by Stripe. Taxes and fees charged by your bank may apply separately.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. The amount is returned through the same payment method used.
Coaching plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
You may not copy, distribute or resell the materials, attempt to access other people's accounts or use the platform for illegal purposes. Violations may lead to suspension of access.
The materials, brands, videos and software belong to BioSynx and the respective coaches. Your purchase grants a personal-use license, not ownership of the content.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the content contrary to the guidance given or without professional supervision when it is needed.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer.
